| 主要通过文献资料法和专家访谈法，分析了青少年足球人才识别与发展研究的进程与特征，进而构建长期、科学和有效的监测体系，且梳理了主流操作化方法及其发展趋势；认为以生理、认知心理学、个性特征和技能等为指标系统的监测体系是青少年足球运动员全面发展、升级足球后备人才水平的重要保障；提出常态监测和重点监测的结合可实现全时段和全成分的监测过程；多种操作化方法虽具有不同特征，但总体发展趋势体现了对足球比赛的现实模拟和测试的生态效应。 |

| By documentary and interview method, this paper analyzes the feature and progress of adolescent football talents identification and development to further construct long-term, effective and scientific monitoring system, studies main operating methods and their development trend. Physiology, cognitive psychology, personality and skills are indicators of the monitoring system, are guarantee for overall development of adolescent football and for upgrading reserved talents. The combination of normal monitoring with focusing monitoring realizes the overall time and composite monitoring process, multiple operations have different features but the overall development trend embodies the ecological effect for the simulation and test of football match. |
