| 研究生在学术不端事件中扮演了重要角色，需要结合其学术不端的重要节点建立有效的治理机制；在研究生“学术不端”问卷调查的基础上，对“课程论文”“论文发表”“学位论文”3个环节的学术不端行为进行博弈分析，从“改变收益矩阵”“达到纳什均衡”的视角构建研究生学术不端的治理机制并提出相应的治理措施。 |

| Postgraduate students play an important role in academic misconduct and need to establish effective governance mechanisms in some important links of their academic misconduct. Based on the questionnaire on academic misconduct of master graduate student, this paper made a game analysis on the postgraduate academic misconduct from Curriculum Paper, Published Paper and Master Dissertation. So this paper set up a governance mechanism and put forward the corresponding control measures for expected Nash Equilibrium by changing the Payoff Matrix of the postgraduate academic misconduct. |
