基于交叉效率DEA和目标规划的直觉模糊偏好关系排序方法

摘要:
针对直觉模糊偏好关系排序问题,提出一种基于交叉效率DEA和目标规划的直觉模糊偏好关系排序向量的计算方法;在定义直觉模糊偏好关系导出矩阵的基础上构建了仁慈型交叉效率DEA模型,给出了基于直觉模糊偏好关系方案交互评价的排序向量隶属度求解算法;进一步考虑隶属度和非隶属度的内在联系,构建了获取各方案非隶属度的目标规划模型;最后,通过算例分析说明该方法不需要进行一致性调整,决策信息的损失能够得到有效避免,具有较好的可信度和广泛的适用性.

The Ranking Method of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Preference Relation Based on Cross Efficiency DEA and Goal Programming

Abstract:
In order to get ranking vector of the intuitionistic fuzzy preference, an intuitionistic fuzzy ranking vector calculation method based on DEA and target programming is proposed. The derivation matrix of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relational is developed. Based on this, we build a benevolent cross efficiency DEA model to get the membership degree of ranking vector, which is based on the interactive evaluation between alternatives of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relation. Further, taking into account the internal relation between membership degree and non membership degree, we develop a goal programming model which can obtain the non membership degree of ranking vector. Finally, the case study shows that the proposed method, which can effectively avoid information losing, does not need consistency adjustment and is of high reliability and wide applicability.
