工业容器注满度检测与控制系统设计

摘要:
现代工业生产中,很多地方需要对容器储存溶液的液位进行控制,而在往容器内注入液体时,由于容器的密封性与不透明性,造成操作者无法观察到容器内液体是否注满;介绍了一种基于单片机的液体介质注满度检测装置控制系统,可在不改动原容器结构的情况下,通过在管道连接部加装注满度检测装置,实现非接触式测量与控制,易于对现有设备进行改造,系统采用无线通讯技术,可对区域范围内多个分散容器注满度进行集中监控。

Abstract:
In modern industrial production, many places need the controlling of liquid level of the solution stored in the containers, when the solution is injected into the container, because the container is sealed and opaque, the operator can not observe whether the container is filled with liquid. This paper introduces a liquid medium fill detection apparatus control system based on single chip machine which can realize non contact measurement and control by installing fill detection equipment at the connection part of the pipe in the case of not changing original container structure and which is easy to transform presently existing equipment. This system uses wireless communication technology and can intensively monitor and control the fill of many dispersive containers in certain region.
