| 对重庆工商大学正在组织实施的 “三峡库区百万移民安稳致富服务国家特殊需求博士项目”人才培养模式的实践进行了分析总结，分别从培养方案、培养方式、保障机制等方面进行了系统介绍，指出了博士项目建设存在的问题，提出了进一步改进的对策建议。 |

| This paper analyzes and summarizes the talent cultivation model for National Urgently Needed Special Doctor Candidate Cultivation Project for a Million Immigrants Settlement and Becoming Rich in Three Gorges Reservoir Area which is organized and implemented by Chongqing Technology and Business University, respectively analyzes and introduces the project from the perspective of cultivation plan, cultivation mode, security mechanism and so on, points out the problems in doctor candidate cultivation project and proposes suggestions for further improvement. |
