| 主要对2011—2015年不同影响因子的四川省社科类期刊进行了分类研究，研究表明，期刊影响因子出现“高者越高，低者越低”的“马太效应”，并对期刊办刊倾向、作者行为、多元学科发展以及国家科研实力4个方面产生深刻影响：客观上助长了办刊者“唯影响因子论”的倾向，对研究者的学术研究方向和投稿期刊的选择产生有偏导向，挤压了非核心期刊的生存空间，从而学术成果的供给侧也被此“马太效应”形塑，制约了多元学科发展及国家科研实力的提高；长此以往，这既不利于期刊界的生态平衡，也不利于学术研究的健康发展；针对此，提出了建立一套符合多元化学术发展的期刊评价体系，以消除期刊影响因子的“马太效应”。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper mainly makes classification research on social science periodicals of Sichuan Province with different influencing factors (IF) during 2011—2015, and the research shows that the influencing factors have Matthew Effect with high IF becoming more high and low IF becoming more low and have the impact on such four aspects as periodical running trend, author behavior, multiple subjects development and national scientific research power, which foster the tendency of periodical runner’s “only for influencing factors”, which misguide the researchers’ academic research direction and manuscript contribution selection, which extrude the living space of non core periodicals, and which restrict multi disciplinary development and the improvement of national scientific research power because academic results at supply side are also dominated by the Matthew Effect. If continuing, these trends are not conducive to the ecological balance of periodical field and are not helpful to the health development of academic research. Based on that, this paper proposes a periodical evaluation system fitting for multi disciplinary academic development to eliminate the Matthew Effect of IFs. |
