| 水基脱模剂既有传统脱模剂的润滑性与脱模性，又兼具环保的特点，在国内有着很大的市场需求，堪称压铸行业的“工业味精”，是一种很有潜力的新型脱模剂；但国内水基脱模剂起步较晚，技术不成熟一直是制约国产水基脱模剂发展进步的壁垒；通过概述水基压铸脱模剂的国内研究现状及取得的重要成果，分析总结了国内自主研制的水基压铸脱模剂的性能及存在的问题，并提出了相应建议；最后，对未来水基脱模剂的研究及发展方向进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: |
| Water based release agents own the both lubrication & mold release of the traditional release agent and their characteristics of environmental protection. Therefore, they are widely marketable in the country, and result in the reputation of “industrial MSG” in die casting industry. Because of their potential tendency as novel release agent, such release agents are concerned more and more nationwide. But the domestic water based release agent started late, immature technology is the barrier for restricting the development of domestic water based release agent. This paper summarizes the domestic research situation and major achievements of water based die casting release agent, and analyses the performances and present issues of water based die casting agent. Several suggestions are put forward. Finally, the future research and development direction of water based release agent are prospected. |
