基于可比较语言多属性决策的扩展TOPSIS方法

摘要:
针对偏好信息是可比较语言的多属性决策,提出了一种新的决策方法——基于可能度分布距离测度的TOPSIS方法;该方法首先将可比较语言转化为犹豫模糊语言信息,通过定义可能度分布距离公式,避免了传统犹豫模糊语言评价信息在距离计算过程中的误差;然后建立了基于可能度分布距离测度的TOPSIS决策模型,通过计算正负理想点得到最优参照方案,根据各方案与最优参照方案间的距离进行排序并择优,相比于传统TOPSIS方法更能体现各方案与理想方案的贴近程度;最后,以快递服务公司的测评案例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Extended TOPSIS Method for Multiple attribute Decision Making Based on Comparative Linguistic Expressions

Abstract:
For the multiple attribute decision making where the attribute values are represented by comparative linguistic expressions, an extended TOPSIS method based on possibility distribution was proposed. Firstly, the method transformed comparative linguistic expressions into hesitant fuzzy linguistic information and defined a new distance generated by possibility distribution to avoid error caused by traditional hesitant fuzzy linguistic distance formula. Next, a new TOPSIS method with possibility distribution distance is designed, which introduced the ranking index according to the concept that the chosen alternative should be as close as possible to the ideal solution and was better than traditional one to reflect the similarity scale. Finally, a numerical example using the proposed approach illustrates an application to evaluate the delivery service providers, in which the effectiveness and feasibility are verified.
