| Abstract: |
| This paper uses dynamic multi index evaluation model based on five evaluation indicators, uses entropy method to determine weights, makes comprehensive evaluation on ten provinces and municipalities around China’s eastern coastal area during 2010—2014 according to TOPSIS method, and finally obtains that the order of transportation capacity from strong to weak is Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Guangxi, Fujian, Shanghai, Tianjin and Hainan. |
