| 对选自5种高影响力医学学报系列期刊的50篇长篇论著参考文献进行分析；对上网能核查的834条中、英文期刊文献按作者、题名、刊名、年、卷（期）、起、止页码逐项核查；期刊文献总差错率24.8%（207/834），该5刊的差错率有一定差异（20.0%～31.1%）；按语种比较，5刊总的中文文献差错率（31.6%）高于英文文献差错率（23.2%），χ2=4.8667，P<0.05；PubMed文献题录与PDF文献原文的符合率高达98.7%；英文期刊文献的错误主要是作者（27.2%），其次是页码（22.3%）〖JP2〗和题目（19.3%）；主要错误占34.2%（20.5%~〖JP〗46.5%）；中文期刊文献的错误主要是作者（27.6%）、其次是页码（25.9%）和卷（期）（20.9%）；供稿编辑与文献著录准确性有一定相关性；分析了各类型错误产生的原因与应对措施，指出对中、英文文献的核查应同等重视，提出作者应准确录入、编辑认真核查，共同努力突破瓶颈，以进一步提高文献著录准确率。 |

| Reference Accuracy and Its Influencing Factors of Medical Academic Journals with High Impact Factors |

| By choosing 50 research papers published in five medical academic journals with high impact factors, their references are analyzed, the authors, titles, journals, year, volume (issue) and pages of 834 English and Chinese references which can be checked online from the journals from PubMed and some other databases are examined. The total citation error rate was 24.8% (207/834), there are some differences between the five journals (20.0%~31.1%,χ2=1.8328, P>0.75), and the citation error rate of Chinese reference was higher than that of English references (31.6% vs 23.2%,χ2=4.8667, P<0.05). The coincidence rate of the bibliographical references in PudMed with the full text of original references of PDF was as high as 98.7%. The error rate from the English journals was mainly authors (27.2%), then page number (22.3%) and then titles (19.3%), and the major error rate in English references was 34.2 % with the range from 20.5% to 46.5% among the five journals. The error rate from Chinese journals was chiefly authors (27.6%), then page number (25.9%) and then volume (issue) (20.9%). There is certain relation between executive editors and accurate rate of the references. This paper carefully analyzes all kinds of errors, discusses their causes and countermeasures, points out that we should pay equal attention to the checking of Chinese and English references and indicates that the authors should accurately cite the references, and that the editors should precisely check the references so that both the author and the editor make efforts to further promote the accurate rate of the references. |
