铁谱技术是诊断机械设备发生磨损故障的有效办法,但传统铁谱技术难以实现对油液进行在线监测和磨粒的自动识别,而铁谱技术的智能化发展使得磨粒自动识别得以实现;从在线铁谱智能图像理论、BP神经网络、支持向量机和模糊集理论4个方面综述了铁谱技术智能化的应用研究,为后续深入研究铁谱智能化识别系统起到重要的指导意义。 |

Abstract: |
The ferrography technology is an effective way to diagnose the wear faults of mechanical equipment. This paper has introduced the current application of traditional ferrography technology. It is difficult to realize the on line monitoring of oil and the automatic recognition of the abrasive grains by the traditional iron ferrography technology. The intelligent development of the iron ferrography technology makes the automatic recognition of the abrasive grains be realized. Then it has summarized the research and application of intelligent ferrography technology from such four aspects as intelligent on line ferrograph image theory, BP neural network, support vector machine and fuzzy set theory. Those researches have important guiding significance for the further research of the ferrography intelligent identification system. |
