采用CO2超临界法提取荔枝草挥发油,并结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行分析;结果表明:荔枝草中的挥发油成分主要以烯烃、烷烃、酚、醇、酯为主,其中含量较高有8种成分:1 石竹烯、抗氧剂2246、角鲨烯、丙酸乙酯、二十一烷、黄曲霉素B2、β 谷甾醇和二十七烷;方法合理、简便、高效,可为黄山荔枝草资源的开发利用提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
The technology of CO2 supercritical extraction was used to extract volatile oil from Salvia plebeia R. Brown, and the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC MS. The results indicated that the dominant components of the oils were alkene, alkane, phenol, alcohol, ester, the relative contents of 1 caryophyllene, 2, 2′ methylenebis(6 tert butyl 4 methylphenol), squalene, ethyl propionate, heneicosane, aflatoxin B2, β sitosterol and heptacosane were high in 〖WTBX〗Salvia plebeia〖WTBZ〗 R. Brown. This method is reasonable, simple and rapid, the experiment provided scientific basis for developing and utilizing the resources of 〖WTBX〗Salvia plebeia〖WTBZ〗 R. Brown in Huangshan. |
