| 产品交互设计是工业设计发展的新方向，对其研究现状进行研究有利于设计理论及实践的进一步发展；分析了交互设计与用户体验、用户研究、人机界面及用户界面的关系，分别从系统模型、结构模型和过程模型3个层面对产品交互设计的理论研究进行了梳理和比较分析，并对传统的产品交互设计方法和审美交互设计方法进行了介绍、对比和评论；在此基础上，对产品交互设计研究的发展进行了讨论，指出研究视角应从可用性视角转换到审美交互视角，建立多学科交叉的研究框架并界定相应的研究范围，而设计方法的发展则表现在3个方向上：移情设计方法的发展、场景分析法的完善和时间维度的引入。 |

| Product interaction design is the new development direction of industrial design, and to summarize its current research situation is beneficial for further improvement of the theory and design practices of product interaction design. The relationship between interaction design, user research, human computer interface and user interface was analyzed in this paper, current theory study on product interaction design was summarized and comparatively studied from the levels of systemic model, structural model and process model, and traditional interaction design methods and the aesthetic interaction design methods were introduced, compared and discussed. Based on that, this paper discussed the development tendency of product interaction design: the conversion of the study perspective from usability to aesthetic interaction, the establishment of multi discipline based research framework and research scope, and the development direction of design methods, which referred to the further development of empathy design, the improvement of scenario analysis, and the importing of time dimension. |
