| Based on the spot survey on the protection and inheritance of traditional producing techniques of Huangshan tea and on the previous research achievements, through the reference of the related experts, this paper constructs the index system influencing evaluation on the protection and inheritance and uses grey correlation analysis method to analyze the factors to influence the protection and inheritance of the traditional producing techniques of Huangshan tea. |
