| 选择福州市区的围墙为研究对象，通过对30名专家和250名普通市民进行问卷调查，采用Delphi法和AHP法对居住区围墙满意度进行评价；结果显示：居住区围墙满意度值为2.93，属“基本满意”；物质属性满意度值3.16、功能属性满意度值3.02、空间属性满意度值3.20、与环境融合性满意度值2.81，均属于“基本满意”；而视觉属性满意度值仅为2.46，属“不太满意”；对围墙建设提出了参考建议。 |

| Evaluation of Enclosing Wall in Residential Area Satisfaction Based on AHP ——Taking Fuzhou City as a Case |

| Abstract: |
| The enclosing wall in urban district of Fuzhou was chosen as the research object in this article. The landscape satisfaction for enclosing wall in residential area was studied with the method of Delphi and AHP after getting the questionnaire survey from 30 experts and 250 residonts. The results show that the satisfaction value for enclosing wall in residential area is 2.93, 3.16 for material attribute, 3.02 for function attribute, 3.20 for space attribute and 2.81 for environmental integration. All the satisfaction values above belong to “basic satisfaction”. But the satisfaction value for visual attribute is only 2.46,which belongs to “little satisfaction”. Suggestions for the reference of the construction of enclosing wall were given in this paper. |
