| 利用我国18个资源型省区2007—2013年的面板数据，采用SEM模型和一般面板数据模型对资源型省区的各结构财政支出对经济增长的影响进行了分析。结果显示，资源依赖度对经济增长存在负效应的省区，一般公共服务支出对经济增长具有显著的促进作用，但农林支出、社会保障支出、环境保护支出和科教支出对经济增长不利；另外的省区，各结构财政支出对经济增长的影响也不相同。政府应根据各资源型省区的发展状况，进行合理的财政支出。 |

| Based on 2007—2013 panel data of China’s 18 resource based provinces, by using SEM Model and general panel data model, this paper analyzes the impact of financial expenditure of each structure on economic growth of the resource based provinces. The results show that with regard to the provinces with negative effect of resources dependence on their economic growth, general public service has significantly boosting effect on their economic growth, however, the expenditure on agriculture, forestry, social security, environment protection, science and education is adverse to their economic growth. As for other provinces, the influence of financial expenditure of each structure on economic growth is different. Therefore, governments should use rational financial expenditure according to the development situation of each resource based province. |
