| 社区体育公共服务体系是保证全民健身的前提，是构建和谐小康社会的有力措施，更是今后我国社会繁荣、和谐、科学发展的必要辅助因素；通过查阅文献、实地考察、访谈等方法对当前社区体育公共服务体系进行综合分析研究，发现了存在的问题，并通过对主管中心职责划分、社会服务意识形成、社区内部体育器材配备、体育资源共享与服务流程整合等方面的进一步分析，初步制定出合理化的社区体育公共服务策略。 |

| Community sports public service system is the premise to ensure national fitness, is a forceful measure to build harmonious and well off society and is even the helpful and necessary factor for future social prosperity, harmony and scientific development of China. By reading literature, spot survey, interview and so on, this paper makes comprehensive analysis of present community sports public service system, finds some existed problems, and primarily makes rational community sports public service strategy by further analyzing responsibility division of management center, social service consciousness formation, inner sports equipment allocation in a community, sports resources share, service procedure integration and so on. |
