| 能源需求量的上升和能源自给率的下降成为影响经济发展的重要要素，同时经济发展带来的环境污染也迫使政府部门更加关注能源消费模式；为了权衡能源、经济、环境的协调发展，将传统的能源效率测度模型进行扩展，并将其用于分析重庆市的能源利用效率、节能潜力及环境管制成本；研究表明：重庆市的能源利用效率虽有待提高但近年有显著改善趋势，同时，重庆市的能源利用仍存在一定的节能潜力与环境管制成本。 |

| Abstract: |
| The rising energy demand and the decreasing self supply rate of energy are an important factor to affect economic development, meanwhile, governmental departments more focus on energy consumption mode because economic development brings environment pollution.In order to measure harmonious development of energy, economy and environment, this paper extends the traditional energy efficiency measurement model and applies the model to analyzing the energy exploitation efficiency, energy conservation capacity and environment control cost in Chongqing.The research shows that the energy exploitation efficiency is evidently improved though the efficiency still needs the improvement while the energy exploitation in Chongqing has potential of certain energy conservation and environment control. |
