| 首先介绍了国内关于城镇化质量问题的研究现状，然后构建了皖北地区城镇化质量的的指标体系，给出了相应指标的成对比较矩阵，并且对这些矩阵做了一致性检验，同时利用层次分析法求出了各指标对城镇化质量这一目标的组合权重；另外，通过查阅安徽省2013统计年鉴给出了皖北地区不同城市各指标的具体数值，并通过隶属度函数求出了对应的相对偏差模糊矩阵，最后通过矩阵和组合权向量对皖北地区的不同城市的城镇化质量做了模糊综合评价。 |

| Abstract: |
| Firstly the research situation of urbanization quality is described, then the index system of urbanization quality in northern Anhui and the corresponding pairwise comparison matrix are established, and the consistency of the matrix is checked. At the same time, the combined weight of each index is calculated by using AHP. In addition, values of the various indexes different cities in northern Anhui are given by consulting Anhui statistical yearbook (2013), and relative deviation matrixes are obtained by membership function. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is given by the matrixes and the combination weights of different cities in northern Anhui |
