| 实验研究了仙人掌多糖对糖尿病小白鼠的降糖作用；用仙人掌多糖对小白鼠进行灌胃法，通过观察小白鼠的每日饮食，每周体重和血糖值并与模型对照组比较判断仙人掌多糖是否有降糖作用；结果表明：仙人掌多糖对糖尿病小白鼠的每日饮食，每周体重和血糖值与模型对照组有显著差异，说明仙人掌多糖具有一定的降糖作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Hypoglycemic activity of polysaccharides from Opuntia for diabetic mice is studied. Diabetic mice is given Polysaccharides from Opuntia and compare with those in control group by observing daily diet of mice, week weight and blood sugar level to determine whether polysaccharides from Opuntia have hypoglycemic activity. The results show that there are statistically significant differences in comparison with those in the control group. The data suggests that polysaccharides from Opuntia have hypoglycemic activity. |
