| With the elementary method of Pell equations, recurrence sequence, congruent form and quadratic residue, it is shown that the indefinite equation x(x+1)(x+2)(x+3)=21y(y+1)(y+2)(y+3) and x(x+1)(x+2)(x+3)=23y(y+1)·(y+2)(y+3) has no positive solution. |
