基于CDIO理念的软件工程专业人才培养模式的研究

摘要:
针对我国高等工程教育的现状,分析了CDIO工程教育模式和我国软件工程专业教育的特点以及目前软件工程人才培养中存在的问题,探索了在软件工程专业的卓越工程师教育培养计划中融合CDIO教育理念的培养机制;通过将人才培养过程与工程项目或软件产品的运行周期结合,设计专业人才培养方案,构建课程理论与实践教学体系,整合校内外师资力量,按照知识、能力、素质3个方面规范人才培养质量标准,以支撑当前教学改革中卓越工程师教育培养计划的培养。

Abstract:
As for the status quo of the higher engineering education in our country, this paper analyzes the mode of CDIO engineering education, the characteristics of software engineering professional education and the problems on software engineering personnel training at present, and exploits the integration of CDIO educational philosophy and training program of excellence engineer for software engineering discipline. Through combining the process of personnel training with engineering projects or software product cycle, the discipline training program is designed and the curricular system of theory and practice teaching is constructed. By integrating internal and external faculty, on terms of knowledge, ability and quality, the quality standards of talent training are set up to support the education and training program of excellence engineer in current education reform.
