| 美容行业发展速度很快，前景广阔，但行业管理方法滞后；从国内美容连锁行业的现状及ERP的应用现状出发，结合台湾及欧美美容连锁企业ERP系统的成功经验，探索了美容连锁企业ERP系统的设计；结合POS系统的运用特征，力求实现ERP，POS系统无缝连接，设计出一种符合美容连锁行业特征的ERP-POS系统，以促进美容企业的信息化建设，突破发展瓶颈，改进美容连锁行业的管理方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Beauty culture develops rapidly and its development prospect is wide, however, there are ubiquitous shortcomings such as imperfect self system, adverse monitoring and management and so on in this industry, which leads to its backward industrial management methods. Based on the status quo of the domestic beauty chain shops and the application of ERP system, according to the successful experience in the application of the ERP system to the beauty chain shops in Taiwan and Europe, this paper explores the design of ERP system for the beauty chain shops, tries to seamlessly connect ERP system and POS system by combining the application features of POS system, and designs an ERP POS System befitting the features of the beauty chain industry, in order to boost the informational construction of beauty shops, breakthrough its development bottleneck and improve the management method for the beauty chain industry. |
