| 作为一项较复杂的工程项目，其每道工序的完工时间常常是不确定的，文章利用β分布、正态分布对较复杂的工程项目作出科学合理的分析，结合统筹图找出工程项目的关键路线，并以较大的概率保证整个工程完工时间的合理性．文章的研究对较复杂工程项目的管理具有科学的指导意义． |

| The process time of the complicated project is always uncertain. This paper tries to make a scientific and reasonable analysis for the complicated project by the β distribution and normal distribution; then find out the key routine combined with the overall planning chart; and at last make sure to complete the project with the largest probability within the reasonable time. This research has a scientific significance for the management of the complicated project. |
