| 农村教育在全面建设小康社会的规划中具有重要作用。西部农村教育相比于东部地区差距较大，这是不可回避的现实问题。农村教育的质量主要取决于农村教师，农村教师作用如此重要，但他们的教师队伍现状却不尽人意，尤其是在西部农村，情况更不容乐观。就西部农村教师队伍存在的主要问题进行阐述，并提出相关的对策建议。 |

| Rural education plays an important role in the plan of overall construction of all-round well-off society,There is a big gap between western rural education and eastern rural education,which is an unavoidable issue.Rural education quality mainly depends on rural teachers,rural teachers' role is so important,but the status quo of rural teacher team is not optimistic,and especially in western rural area,the teacher team is more terrible.This paper discusses the main problems in weitern rural teacher team and puts forward correspondin measures. |
