| 危险废物是一类特殊的废物，具有毒害性、爆炸性、易燃性、腐蚀性、化学反应性、传染性、放射性等危害，危害废物的危害具有长期性和潜伏性，其危害性甚至可以延续很长时间。由于各国对危险废物的理解程度不同，管理方法各异，通过阐述国内外危险废物处理处置现状，了解我国在危废处置过程中存在的问题，为管理部门和相关单位提供参考价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Hazrdous waste,as a special waste,is poisonous,explosive,flammable,corrosiv,chemically reactive poisonous,infectious and radioactive and so on,and its harmfulness is long-term and latent and can even extend a long time.Because each country has different understanding and management methods on the hazardous waste,by elaborating the status quo of hazardous waste disposal,the problems in the process of disposing the hazardous waste in Chinal are pointed out,which provide the valuable reference for the ralated departments and units. |
