| 本文通过Weaver-Thomas方法进行数学建模，选取8项刻划产业竞争力的可比指标变量（工业增加值规模、就业规模、利税规模、主营业务规模、技术水平、技术进步速度、排污系数、产业能耗系数八个指标），建立一个与实际产业分布最接近的近似分布，结合定性分析，对重庆市南岸区战略产业进行建模分析，优选出重庆南岸区具有竞争力的战略产业。据此提出有关政策建议，以对全国类似小城镇产业优化和布局提供决策参考。 |

| In this paper, the Weaver-Thomas method of mathematical modeling,selected 8 comparable indicator variables (the industrial added value scale,the scale of employment,the scale of the profits, the scale of main business,technical level, the speed of technological progress,discharge coefficient,industrial energy consumption coefficient) and established an actual industrial distribution closest approximation distribution.And then combined with the qualitative analysis,this paper selected competitive strategic industries of Nan'an District. In the end,this paper provided some policy proposals which is beneficial to the small towns of China. |
