| 通过文献分析法，分析了国内外高校图书馆服务质量评价的发展历程和主要研究方向；并对国内高校图书馆服务质量的研究现状以及国外服务质量评价方法在我国本地化实践研究中存在的问题进行了分析总结；最后，在对比国内外高校图式馆服务质量研究和实践水平的基础上，对国内服务质量研究实践进行了研究方向趋势发分析。 |

| Abstract: |
| Through literature analysis,the development history and main research direction of service quality evaluation on the libraries of higher learning institutions at home and abroad are analyzed,the status quo of the researches on library service quality in domestic colleges and universities andthe problems existed in th localization practice of foreign service quality evaluation methods are analyzed and summarized.Finally,based on the comparison of researh and practice level about library service quality of colleges ans universities between China and overseas,research direction and trend analysis is conducted on demestic library service quality researh and practice. |
