| 对紫苏粕多糖PWPS的抗氧化活性进行了研究；测定PWPS的还原能力，清除超氧阴离子（O2-.）和羟基自由基（.OH）的能力；结果表明：紫苏粕多糖具有较强的还原能力，对.OH具有一定的清除作用，在低浓度时对O2-.有清除作用，而高浓度时清除作用丧失，表现为促氧化作用。总之，PWPS有一定的抗氧化活性。 |

| Abstract: |
| The antioxidant acticities of Perilla meal polysaccharide PWPS were studied in this paper.The power of PWPS for reduction,superoxide anion radical O2- clearance and hydroxy radical -OH clearance was measured respectively.The results indicate that Perilla meal polysaccharide PWPS has strong reducing power,has some effect on scavenging .OH. PWPS has some scavening actibity to O2-.In low concentration but loses the scavenging ability in high concentration and shows prooxidat property in high concentration.In conclusion,PWPS has some antioxidant activitities. |
