| 首先在原有矩阵的基础上构造新的矩阵，然后对原矩阵特征值模的平方和的上界值进行估计得到新的上界值，进而给出矩阵展形及矩阵秩的一些新的估计值；最后，给出的数值算例表明结果是有效的。 |

| Abstract: |
| First of all,we build a new matrix based on the original matrix,some new estimation for the spread and the rank of matrices is obtained in this paper throuth finding upper bound by estimating upper bound value for the sum of squares of the module of eigenvalues of the original matrices,and at last,some numerical examples verify the effectiveness of our results. |
