| 在国内外现有的各项目管理成熟度模型的基础上，根据PMMM的一般思路，结合我国公路工程造价管理的现状和特点，构建了公路工程造价管理成熟度模型和评价指标体系，着重将项目管理成熟度这一重要技术引入到造价管理领域中来，并通过实例验证了模型的有效性。 |

| Abstract: |
| On the basis of all existed Project Management Matuity Models(PMMM) at home and abroad,according to the general idea on PMMM and current situation and an features of cost management in highway project in China,this paper constructs a Highway Project,and an evaluation index system,which focuses on introducing the important technology of PMMM to cost management field,and uses an example to verify the validity of the model. |
