结合城乡统筹改革的制度背景,就改革对于土地资源价格的影响进行了理论分析和实证检验,从而为城乡统筹改革更为有效的实施提供材料;研究发现,城乡统筹改革对地价起到了一定抑制作用,同时城乡统筹改革增强了人口密度因素、经济因素以及产业结构因素之于地价的敏感性;进一步对土地的类型区位因素和出让土地方式进行检验,其结果也与前面的结论一致。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the institutional settings of recent Urban and Rural reform of Chinese, this paper analyses the impact of Land Price on the reform of Urban and Rural. It also can as a reference for reforms of Urban and rural. Using the data in Chongqing, we find that Urban and Rural reform decreases the land price. It also increases sensitivity of population density、economic growth and industrial structure compensation to land price. Moreover, we also research the factors of the way use land、the location of land and the way sell land. These results show the same as beginning. |
