阐述了层次分析法的一般原理及步骤,并将其应用在企业招聘员工中,将应聘人员的性别、年龄、文化程度、工作经历予以量化,定性分析和定量分析结合,对应聘人员进行综合评价,并计算综合得分排列优劣顺序,以便企业择优招聘员工。实践证明,层次分析法为企业招聘员工提供了一个择优录取的有效方法。 |
