| 物流企业服务绩效评价对企业的生存和发展至关重要，企业要在激烈的竞争中持续稳定的发展，就要不断提高自身水平；结合层次分析法对决定物流企业服务绩效评价因素的权重进行处理，求出各因素的权重值，继而采用模糊综合评价法完成对服务绩效评价因素的评定；最好通过实例介绍该方法的具体应用。 |
