| 通过调查了解云南省大学生喜欢或不喜欢体育课的行为现状,探讨了云南省大学生缺乏体育兴趣的原因包含自身和外部两方面。自身原因是不喜欢体育运动,觉得体育运动对自己的学习不但没有帮助,而且还浪费时间和精力;外部因素在于学校的学习时间太紧,没有过多的时间去运动,并且体育课项目单调枯燥、体育场馆有限而导致大学生厌学,这是主要的客观原因,并依此提出相应的建议和对策。 |
