| 摘要: |
| 运用双剪统一强度理论,考虑拉、压异性和中间主应力的影响,对受工作内压作用时预应力组合模具的分层半径和过盈量进行了详细的分析,得到了计算组合圆筒分层半径和过盈量计算的表达式。分析结果表明:分层半径只跟组合圆筒内外径相关,与运用的强度理论和材料特性没有关系;过盈量不但与组合圆筒内外径相关,同时与运用的强度理论和材料特性也有关系。 |
