| 成都市从2008年全面推广气排球运动到目前为止已有3年的时间,通过3年的推广和发展取得一定成绩,但也存在着制约其快速发展的因素。通过文献资料法,访问法等研究方法,指出成都市气排球运动推广普及中存在的问题是:组织管理缺乏规范化、体系化;培训体制不健全,缺乏教练员裁判员;场地器材不能满足需要;经费来源单一,宣传力度小;同时提出了进一步加快其发展的对策和建议。 |
