| 摘要: |
| 为了对高校科研经费资助效果作出系统的、综合的科学评价,根据层次分析法(AHP)的基本原理,结合四川农业大学"211工程"双支计划的具体实际,建立了反映评价目标与评价原则的递阶层次数学模型,并用德尔菲专家调查法填写判断矩阵,对各影响因素进行单排序和总排序,得到其重要性的排序权重,进而得到评价资助效果的综合评价函数。 |
