季节和放牧地对天祝白牦牛乳中维生素含量的影响研究

摘要:

建立了乳中多种维生素HPLC法同时测定的相应色谱条件和样品前处理方法,对天祝放牧白牦牛在不同季节和放牧地分泌乳中维生素含量的进行了研究分析,结果表明:白牦牛乳中维生素的含量受不同放牧季节的影响变化较大,维生素A和维生素E的含量在夏季牧场含量最高,分别为46.10单位和104.22μg/100 mL,维生素B_1、B_6和B_(11)的含量在白牦牛不同放牧季节无显著差异(P>0.05),而放牧季节显著影响乳中维生素B_3和B_5的含量(P<0.05),白牦牛不同放牧地对乳中维生素含量影响较小。
