| 在已求得了避雷针尖端与地面电场强度对比率的基础上,提出了避雷针雷电防护中的点电荷与针地引力对比度引雷理论,由其得出的保护角和保护半径的理论值与避雷针保护角法的经验值相符;理论与实际的相符表明,理论是对避雷针雷电防护过程中本来就存有的一些本质特征的如实反映,丰富和拓展了避雷针雷电防护理论基础。 |
