响;行业发展制约;自身体制制约;编辑人员素质有待提高;缺乏宣传策略;指出只要找准原因,并制定相应
的完善措施,学报稿源就会实现良性发展。 |

| Abstract:According to the loss ofmanuscrip t sources for the journals of universities and colleges, this paper
analyzes the reasons for the loss ofmanuscrip ts such as backward journal2runningmode, restriction by column spe2
cialty background, the influence of the policies of universities and colleges, and restriction by the development and
system of universities and colleges, holds that the quality of editors needs to be imp roved and that universities and
colleges are short of p ropaganda strategy and points out that the journals can realize p roper development if the rea2
sons are accurately found and if related policies are made and perfected. |
