摘 要:人端粒酶逆转录酶(Human telomerase reverse transcrip tase, hTERT)的表达异常通常被认为是正
常人体细胞癌变的先决条件。就调节hTERT表达的相关转录因子及其作用机制进行了综述,指出以hTERT
表达异常在肿瘤形成和发展过程中有十分重要的作用,但鉴于肿瘤形成的复杂形,关注与肿瘤生理和病理
相关的内源性因子及其细胞因子在功能上的联系是进一步研究的方向。 |

Abstract: Over2exp ression of human telomerase reverse transcrip tase ( hTERT) holds a critical role in the de2
velopment of tumor from normal cells. So, those genes and cytokine, which can enhance the exp ression of hTERT,
might be involved in the p rogress of tumor development. At p resent, we want to summarize the researching develop2
ment of these factors and theirmechanism, and generally introduce their app lication in tumor therapy targeting on
hTERT. Focusing on its functional connection with endogenous factor and its cell factor in tumor physiology and pa2
thology is the direction for further research. |
