摘 要:针对SMC墙板干缩和冷缩造成轻质墙板与结构接缝开裂的共性和普遍性问题,系统研究了墙
板在施工后开裂的力学机理和防治对策;在接缝开裂研究中,借鉴我国建材研究院对轻骨混凝土弹性模量
的测试结果,发现高层建筑中高强混凝土材料的使用与SMC墙板装配构成二者材料力学性能上的巨大差
异,应力应变关系极不协调;而环境湿度的改变是导致SMC墙板干缩开裂的主要因素。 |

Abstract: The article emphasizes the study on the p roblem, whose dry shrinkage and cold shrinkage lead to
SMC light2weight wall panel cracking from the structure on joint p lace. Mechanism and p revention2and2cure solu2
tion of cracking are researched systematically in this article. This paper refers to the measuring result of elastic
modulus of light2boned concrete materialwhich is p rovided by China building2material academey, and finds out the
big difference of dynamical character between 2 types of different materials ( SMC light2weight wall panel and the
high2intensity concrete) is one of the mostmajor factors leading to cracking on joint p lace. And the change of sur2
rounding humidity is the p rimary factor leading the light2weightwallmaterial dry shrinkage. |
