Abstract: Chalcones are p roducts of the cross2aldol condensation of ketones and aldehydes. Chalcones and
their derivatives are important intemediates in organic synthesis and a variety of pharmacological effects and biologi2
cal activity. This article reviews all kinds of reaction system and systhesismethods in the recent years, introduces a
variety of advantages of each reaction system and p roduction rate scope of synthesized Chalcone compounds and p re2
dicts that future flavones synthesis development direction is to use new technology, new methods and green synthesis
without pollution. |
