| Abstract：From the necessity of creating unified information sharing platform for organization of construction pro—
ject，based on the idea and meaning of project information portal，the function and implement of PIP have been discussed．
The difference and the relation between PIP and PMIS，the functional configuration of PIP and the implement
of PIP in huge construction project have been respectively studied in detail in this article． |
