		     | 摘 要:通过对Mg - 6. 0Zn - 1. 2Y、Mg - 6. 0Zn - 0. 6Zr - 1. 0Y变形镁合金挤压态及经过各种热处理的
试样的显微组织分析及力学性能研究,探讨了微量稀土元素Y在ZK60合金中的存在形式和作用机理对该
合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素Y能使变形镁合金ZK60晶粒明显得到细化,晶界也变
细;当添加的稀土Y含量为1. 0%wt时,大量的Y和Zn在晶界富集, Y - Zn相颗粒变大,导致其强度下降,

                | Abstract: Based on microstructure analysis and mechanical p roperty research of the samp le ofmagnesium alloy, Mg - 6. 0Zn - 1.
2Y andMg - 6. 0Zn - 0. 6Zr - 1. 0Y, which experienced squeezing and heat treatment, this paper discussed the existence form of rare
- earth element Y in ZK60 alloy and the influence of its actingmechanism onmicrostructure and mechanical p roperty of this alloy. The
result shows that rare - earth element Y can make grain refinement and crystal boundary refinement of ZK60 magnesium alloy and that,
when the amount of added rare - earth element Y is 1. 0% wt, a lof of Y and Zn are enriched at crystal boundary, Y - Zn phase grain
becomes larger, as a result, the intensity of the alloy decreases and the extensibility increases. |
