运用并取得良好的经济效益,通过分析饭店客房分配管理满足EMSR模型适用的“生产容量相对固定、产品具有不可储存性、可以细分市场、变化的市场需求、有特点的成本结构”5个条件,借鉴其在航空业中运用的模式,对饭店业客房优化分配运用进行了探索,为我国饭店客房分配决策提供参考。 |
