摘要: |
对两种硅酸盐细菌菌株K110、K195分别与石骨子、碳渣、绿豆岩、正长石4种底物的解钾作用进行了研究。结果表明:各处理的解钾量在前8 d均随培养时间的增加而增加,不同底物间解钾率差异极显著(P<0.01);硅酸盐细菌对正长石的解钾率最低为0.32%,对绿豆岩的解钾率为0.53%,对碳渣的解钾率为1.02%,对石骨子的解钾率最高为1.04%;菌株K110、K195间的解钾能力差异极显著(P<0.01)。 |
