| 介绍了一种大功率半导体激光器的精密Fuzzy PI温控系统的设计,利用半导体制冷器对大功率半导体激光器进行精密温控,控制精度高、振荡小;在常规模糊PID控制器的基础上,通过增加模糊控制规则,从而构成变积分系数的模糊PI控制器,通过在线调整积分系数,间接调整常规模糊控制器的模糊控制规则,以改善其性能。 |
