| 摘要: |
| 运用层次分析法(又称AHP法)建立了生物资产的评价指标体系,并通过专家评估法确定权重,对各评价指标进行赋值。在所确立的指标体系中,生物资产的经济效益是最主要的,其次是生态效益与环境效益,而社会效益指标的赋值较少。同时,明确了生物资产经济效益的重要地位,强调了生物资产的生态效益和环境效益,所确立的生物资产评价指标体系,符合当前我国推行节能减排、提高效益的方针政策。 |
